Bandera County and the City of Bandera, Cowboy Capital of the World, cordially invite you to attend a historical event, CELEBRATE BANDERA, on Labor Day Weekend.
This year we have more events than ever, but our most exciting event is still the Ranch Radio Cattle Drive. Bandera was a major supply point on the Western Trail during the late 1800s, and there isn’t a better way to celebrate than to watch the reenactment of this famous cattle drive.
Some things are historically Cowboy in the Hill Country! From the rugged town of Bandera, to the area's strong rodeo traditions, to the music from a radio station that actually named itself after a place the cowboy calls home--The Ranch.
The Ranch Radio Group’s premier station, The Ranch 92.3 KRNH, is proud to stand as a partner to the community of Bandera, nationally known as the Cowboy Capital of the World! Its rich Old West traditions come alive when The Ranch 92.3 KRNH and Bandera saddle-up! Ranch Radio Group’s General Manager Jill Moore said, “It is an honor for the Ranch Radio Group’s premier radio station, The Ranch 92.3 KRNH, to be this year’s sponsor of the celebrated Longhorn Cattle Drive Parade.”
Whether you live the lifestyle of the cowboy or just listen to the music that reflects it, one thing is for sure, when Celebrate Bandera 2016 and The Ranch 92.3 KRNH come together, an unforgettable event is born. Join us Labor Day Weekend in Bandera!
