Karyn Utterback, Winner of Full Color Design
The Celebrate Bandera Steering Committee is pleased to announce the winners of the 2011 T-shirt design competition. Over 30 entries were submitted with two winners selected. The “Full Color” design competition was won by Karyn Utterback and the one color design was won by Chaz Raab. Each winner was presented a check from Celebrate Bandera from Committee Co-Chairmen Janice Leland and Dennis Allyn.
